Private Pilates
Private lessons offer a focused and personalized approach to exploring Pilates, and is the recommended choice for those new to Pilates, recovering from injury, navigating pre- or post-natal changes, or simply seeking a tailored approach to in-studio or at-home training. Whether you're looking to learn the fundamentals, work toward specific goals, or deepen your connection to your body, you'll benefit from the dedicated guidance of an experienced teacher.
Private lessons include work on the mat and Pilates equipment—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel, and often incorporate the use of small props like rollers, bands, and balls to support and refine your practice.
Reformer Pilates
Strengthen, align, and move with intention in our small group Reformer classes. Limited to 4 participants, you'll receive personalized guidance as you’re led through a full-body workout that builds strength, improves mobility, and refines posture. While the Reformer is often the primary focus, sessions may also incorporate the use of other Pilates equipment—such as Towers, Chairs, and Arc Barrels—to support your progress and deepen your practice.
Mat Pilates
Build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice with our Mat classes. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, mat work offers a powerful way to deepen your connection to movement. Classes often incorporate the use of small props—such as resistance bands, foam rollers, and stability balls—to support your progress and deepen your practice.
Personal Program Pilates
These classes provide a unique opportunity to work independently through a program designed specifically around your individual needs and goals—the way Joseph Pilates originally structured his classes. With hands-on support and personalized instruction, you'll progress safely and efficiently. We welcome collaboration with your other healthcare providers to create a well-rounded, holistic approach that supports your growth in mind, body, and spirit.
Prerequisites: A minimum of 4 Private Lessons and/or teacher approval.
Outdoor Fitness
Come play outside! These energizing classes take place in local parks, beaches, and neighborhood spots, offering a fun and refreshing way to connect with your body and the outdoors. We use resistance bands, bodyweight, and even props found in nature to build strength, mobility, and balance through dynamic, full-body movements. A guided cool-down takes place at the studio designed to help your body integrate the work and leave you feeling centred and recharged.
